Scripps School of Journalism: Radio J-350

This Web Radio Site is an experiment posted by the summer section (June 13-July 12, 1996) of the J-350 Broadcast Newswriting course at Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. The purpose of the radio site is to make available to a global audience the radio reports of the student journalists enrolled in the course (read the article in the OUWebReport.er on the J-350 radio site).

Radio stations are encouraged to download the .vox files (beginning July 1, 1996)--expand them to .wav files using Voxware decompression software and use them on local broadcasts. Other "listerners" can us the NAPlayer utility provided by Netscape to listen to the .au files. Please notify the site Webmaster if reports are used in a broadcast or if you would like a custom tag added to a report.
